About Our History
WeldForce Group, established in 2014 in Houston, TX, is an international industrial staffing agency committed to safety, excellence, and employee empowerment. In 2016, Weldforce Fabricators was established to specialize in pipe fabrication, high-pressure vessel fabrication (ASME), structural fabrication, welding, and industrial painting. We’ve grown from local roots to a nationwide presence.

What is your approach to quality control and customer satisfaction?
Our approach to quality control and customer satisfaction is based on prevention, accountability, and communication. We maintain quality throughout the entire fabrication process, from material receiving and fit-up through welding, inspection, final QC, and shipment. We require QC acceptance before any product is released to the customer and address any nonconformances through documented corrective actions.
Customer satisfaction is achieved by delivering quality products on time, communicating proactively, responding quickly to issues, and continuously improving our processes based on customer feedback and lessons learned. Our goal is not only to meet customer specifications but to consistently exceed expectations.
